Burn ends

  • Set Grill/Oven to 275

  • Place the pan into the smoker/oven or on your BBQ grill for 30 – 45 minutes. Stir the pan 2 – 3 times, making sure that the sausage caramelizes evenly.

  • You will know they are done when they are slightly burnt, and the sauce is sticky and shiny.

  • Enjoy!

Pig Shots

  • Bake/Smoke at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.

  • Enjoy!

Pig Skins

  • Bake. Place the Pigskin on the smoker over indirect heat and close the lid, or in the oven. Smoke/bake until the internal temperature reads 165F degrees F. This usually takes around 2 hours, depending on the size of your pigskin.

  • Baste with BBQ sauce, and then increase the heat to 400 degrees F and cook for a few minutes.

  • Enjoy!

Wings

  • Preheat your smoker/oven to 250 degrees F . Place the wings directly on the grill grates or cookie sheet over on a pan, close the lid, and smoke/bake for 30 minutes.

  • Increase the heat in your smoker/oven to 425 degrees until the internal temperature of the wing reads 175 degrees F.  You can rotate or flip the wings as needed to maintain even cooking.

  • Remove the wing from the grill/oven and serve. You can serve plain, toss in your favorite BBQ seasoning, or hot sauce.
